Summer Glau's most famous roles are River Tam on the highly popular Firefly TV series and Cameron as the lead character in Terminator. Sarah Connor Chronicles. Besides these she has starred in the TV shows The 4400 The Unit The Cape Arrow and Sequestered as and guest-starred on the shows Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck and Hawaii Five-0. In addition to performing in films such as Serenity, Knights of Badassdom and Knights of Badassdom, the actress has done TV films and other short-films like Mammoth the Initiation of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon help for the Holidays Dead End Inside the Box and numerous others. Glau is the recipient of several awards and honours. FHM has twice included her in its list of 100 Sexiest Females in the World. Glau also made an appearance in Wizard magazine's Sexiest Women of TV. Maxim selected the American model as one of the Hot 100 List. Glau was a finalist in the Best Actress category of the SFX Awards for Serenity. For her role in Terminator the Sarah Connor Chronicles her character won an award called the Saturn Award. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . She was the youngest of three children to Marcela and Abraham Quintanilla. Selena was a part of her father's group as she was eight years old. Selena was a part of her older siblings Abraham Junior who played on the bass guitar; sister Suzette was playing the drums. Selena performed as the leader of the band. Selena Y Los Dino was the band's name and Selena would sing with other siblings in bars, restaurants and at wedding fairs. Selena didn't have a great time in her childhood because the band needed lots of time. Their father Abraham was determined to inspire the band and eventually they were passionate musicians. Abraham senior was a member of Los Dinos, the band which was the first to get it started. Selena Y Los Dinos officially started in the year 1981. The band was the family business and the main source of income from the Quintanilla family. Although there were tough times in the beginning, with a lack of cash, the Quintanilla family was determined and continued with their efforts to become a successful band. Selena Y Los Dinos became well-known in the western states in the late 80s. Selena's first success came in the year 1986, when she was awarded awards as Female Vocalist of The Year as well as Performer of the Year at Tejano music awards. From that moment on Selena Y Los Dinos were one of the most successful winners every year, and they gained popularity and recognition. The group appeared in many shows in Spanish, including El Show De Johnny Canales and Siempre In Domingo or Sabado Gigante.
